1960-1979

This series consists of administrative bulletins issued to staff. The bulletins cover a broad range of subjects, including the agency's health and immunization programs; agency and Civil Service Commission regulations regarding sick, annual, and compensatory leave; performance ratings; employment of the physically disabled; and agency travel. Bulletins also relate to agency instructions regarding air raids drills, and "post attack" instructions from the Civil Service Commission regarding the registration of all federal employees. A number of bulletins also concern the involvement of federal employees in political activity, such as the Poor People's March of 1968 and National Brotherhood Week of 1965.
